• The Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended, is codified in various sections of 42 U.S.C. Use the U.S.C.A. on Westlaw (beginning with 42 U.S.C.A. section 12101), or the U.S.C.S. on Lexis (beginning with 42 U.S.C.S. section 12101) to find citing references to each section.
• The Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, is codified in various sections of 42 U.S.C. Use the U.S.C.A on Westlaw (beginning with 42 U.S.C.A. section 2000a), or the U.S.C.S. on Lexis (beginning with 42 U.S.C.S. section 2000a) to find citing references to each section. Title VII starts at 42 U.S.C. section 2000e (on Westlaw, 42 U.S.C.A. section 2000e; on Lexis, 42 U.S.C.S. section 2000e).
• The Family and Medical Leave Act, as amended, is codified in various sections of Titles 5, 29, and 42 U.S.C.
